Why we do this work
We started Digital Gjenoppretting because we kept seeing the same patterns. Brilliant founders building innovative products, but struggling when it came to the people side of the business. Hiring too fast or too slow. Building structures that didn't scale. Letting culture happen by accident rather than design.
The challenges weren't from lack of care. These founders deeply valued their teams. They just didn't have a roadmap for the people decisions that come with growth. And in Ireland's specific employment landscape, the stakes felt even higher.
We'd worked in and with dozens of Irish startups and scale-ups, from seed stage through Series B and beyond. We'd seen what worked and what didn't. We'd made mistakes ourselves and learned from them. And we realised there was a gap in the market for practical, strategic people advisory that understood both the realities of scaling and the nuances of the Irish context.
